ABOUT US
MISSION STATEMENT
This volunteer, nonprofit organization was formed to assist refugees and support from Ukraine while emigrating to the Rapid City and surrounding area of western South Dakota. The organization provides education of sponsors, and connections for refugees to social services, housing and employment.
WHO WE ARE
This local group of humanitarian volunteers will guide like-minded sponsors through the process of sponsoring refugees. West River Resettlement is tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organized to assist both sponsors and refugees throughout the process of applying for parole status and become safe and productive citizens of the west river region and state of South Dakota.
